Personalised one-on-one individual coaching

No one size fits all. Each coaching journey is bespoke.

Sarah’s coaching integrates a variety of evidence based lifestyle tools, behavioural change techniques and positive psychology strategies to create personalised action plans, simple steps and self-accountability.

She considers how all aspects of lifestyle and environment interact to support, educate and empower her clients to achieve their determined health and wellness desires. Clients walk away with a deeper sense of self-awareness, increased confidence and better health.

Sarah’s foundational coaching framework is based on ten sessions scheduled fortnightly or monthly, across a 4 month period. Each session ranges between 45-75 minutes, depending on the stage of the journey.

These sessions are confidential and non-judgmental.
