Sarah’s methodology
Finding the root cause of issues rather than soothing the symptoms is key.
Using science-backed tools such as positive psychology, behaviour change modelling, lifestyle medicine and organisational dynamics, Sarah creates personalised coaching plans tailored to her clients’ unique needs.
Sessions can take place at client offices’ or virtually using GDPR/HIPPA compliant video-conferencing software ensuring full privacy and confidentiality guaranteed. She works with clients globally.
Sarah adheres to the UKHICA defined scope of practise, which you can read about here.
