My work is designed to help people restore clarity, rebuild capacity and continue to perform at a high level without the hidden cost of depletion.
I work with individuals who carry responsibility well externally, while managing sustained pressure beneath the surface.
Often, performance is still holding, but clarity, capacity or health are beginning to erode.
This is where decisions become harder, recovery becomes limited and the cost of continuing in the same way starts to build beneath the surface.
My Approach
My approach is structured and evidence-based, integrating physical, behavioural and habit-change principles. The work is calm, confidential and appropriately challenging, helping clients recalibrate rather than step back from responsibility or impact.
MY BACKGROUND
I bring over two decades of experience in high-responsibility environments, including founding and exiting a start-up, serving as Executive Director at UN Women UK, and as a Team Lead at the OECD.
MY LIVED EXPERIENCE
My perspective is shaped by both professional and lived experience of sustained pressure. I have navigated the pressures of scaling and exiting a start-up while operating close to the limits of personal capacity, and continue to manage a health condition through evidence-based lifestyle change which deeply informs the way I approach sustainable wellbeing and performance.
WORKING TOGETHER
Clients work with me to regain clarity, stabilise capacity and navigate pressure with greater control. They walk away with more sustainable ways of operating and leading and, most importantly, living well.
