The Hidden Cost Gap is the space between how people appear and how they actually feel. It’s the quiet exhaustion behind sustained output, the physical toll of holding it together, and the disorientation that often follows big transitions.
This is where I work – helping people resolve the tension between performance and depletion, so they can move forward without losing themselves in the process.

Parenting – I am a mother and a stepmother to both neurotypical and neurodivergent children
Travel – I call two cities “home” and have relocated three times
